Limited Slip Differentials

Features

No Politics Racing limited slip differential are the pinnacle in high-speed track and racing applications specifically designed to increase grip and decrease lap times. Our LSDs provide lock-up on both acceleration and deceleration which can be adjusted by using our exclusive dual ramp design allowing for numerous lock-up percentages to be utilized depending on track conditions and car configuration. Multiple friction disc and plain plate configurations are possible with our standard configuration being 4 friction discs and 4 plain discs and our Torque Flow model being 6 plain discs and 6 friction discs. NPR’s aerospace technology friction discs dramatically increase the useful life of our LSDs compared to OEM versions. All vital areas of NPR LSDs are high precision ground and shot-peened for added strength and durability then, finished with an Isotropic Super Finish (REM).

NPR’s Torque Flow G50 LSD is 18% lighter than our already light-weight G50 Club and Pro Models. The Cross Shaft-less Design also allows for larger side gears, which dramatically increases the progression of lockup on both acceleration and deceleration.

Torque Biasing Differentials

Features

No Politics Racing torque biasing differential are the pinnacle in autocross and road racing applications. Whether you just want to get to the grocery store a little faster or are competing competitively NPR’s TBDs will give you the edge you deserve.

NPR’s torque biasing differentials are machined from 4340 steel with a 5-axis CNC machine, precision ground and internals are REM polished to produce the highest quality and lightest TBD on the market. Our torque biasing differentials achieve full lock up on acceleration which makes driving that much more enjoyable and efficient.

Gears & Main Shafts

Features

No Politics Racing gears and mainshafts are the standard for Porsche’s racing and enthusiast community.

NPR utilizes only the highest grade fine-grained 9310 VAR (vacuum-processed) materials available. Gears are CNC-machined with the latest gear-cutting equipment, utilizing AA grade gear hobs and our unique Formula One tooth profiles.

NPR’s unique F1 gear tooth “tip-relief” places all contact stress directly in the center of each tooth flank. Contact pressure and helix angles are also optimized for maximum strength. These features have proven to greatly increase the gears longevity in racing environments, due to elimination of premature wear at both tip and base of each gear tooth.

The NPR shot-peening process is the same used in the aircraft industry for increased durably and long service life (usually by 2X in moderate stress application). All NPR gears and mainshafts are then high-precision ground, then as our last step we apply an Isotropic Super Finish (REM). Aside from heat treatment, NPR products are completely manufactured under one roof.
